Hampton Inn Grand Rapids/North

Breakfast was good. It had hot and cold options. There were muffins, waffles, bread, bagels, yogert, eggs varied daily, most days offered sausaseges and one day bacon. Plenty to fill you up for your day. Oh and fruit too.

Staff was above and beyond expectations. They were friendly, helpful, and willing to chat with us. In other words, they exemplify hospitality.

Very clean updated hotel.

The woman who was frequently working the front desk was INCREDIBLE. My elderly father likes to wake up early & wonder the lobby. She sat and talked to him every morning. Incredible woman and employee.

The staff was excellent. The breakfast bar was very good and clean. Sitting in the lobby was very inviting. Great decor. The room was a decent size. The bathroom was roomy. The manager Zoey was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work!!!!
